By purchasing a Meet & Greet pass you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. A unique QR code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This QR code constitutes your pass and proof of purchase.

Each pass is strictly personal and non-transferable. The pass is valid only for the person who purchased it. Vindicta reserves the right to request identification at the Meet & Greet entrance.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to attend the event
• Arriving after the Meet & Greet has concluded
• Loss of the QR code or access to the confirmation email
• Purchase made in error

Each QR code is valid for one entry only. Once scanned and confirmed at the entrance, the pass is permanently invalidated. Duplicate or altered passes will not be accepted.

A Meet & Greet pass does not include entry to the concert. A valid show ticket must be purchased separately through the official ticketing channels for each venue.

In the event that a Meet & Greet session is cancelled by Vindicta due to circumstances beyond their control (force majeure, illness, or venue restrictions), pass holders will be entitled to a full refund. Vindicta is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the purchaser.

Vindicta reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Personal photography is permitted during the Meet & Greet session. Professional recording equipment is not allowed unless expressly authorised.
